The Problem We’re Solving

Too often, research about vulnerable communities is produced without them. Traditional think tanks rely on top-down models, disconnected from local realities, and the result is policy that doesn’t work, investment that doesn’t reach, and knowledge that misses the mark.

Our Solution

We combine climate science, economic strategy, and community development to co-create research with local actors, turning insight into action and community priorities into policy and investment.

A group of people are gathered around a table in a well-lit room, engaging in a collaborative activity. Some are seated while others stand, focused on the task at hand. Bottles of water, electronic devices, and paperwork are present on the table. The room features multiple tables, chairs, and shelves in the background, suggesting a workshop or classroom setting.
A person is looking thoughtfully upwards while touching their chin. They are standing against a textured blue wall with cut-out paper clouds that have words written on them, including 'progress' and 'in'. The person is wearing glasses and a brown sweater.
A beige box holds two cards. The top card is green with the word 'THINKING' prominently displayed in black text along with the phrase '(actional)' and other smaller text details. The card beneath is red, partially obscured by the green card, also containing textual information. The box has minimalistic text on its lower part.

Our Vision

Navara envisions a world where climate resilience, inclusive economies, social progress, and sustainable development are shaped by the communities most affected.
